One of the donations we made from the event surplus was to help Voluntary & Community Action East Cambs (VCAEC) with gardening work for vulnerable East Cambs citizens.
We have received this update from the team:
“Following your donation in January we carried out works to four properties. three were in Haddenham and one was in Little Downham. These gardens were severely neglected, and it took the six volunteers and the supervisor a lot of hard work to clear them. In total our volunteers offered 60 hours of their time clearing these four gardens.”
