When and where is the event?

Ely Fireworks takes place on Saturday 1st November at Cherry Hill Park, Ely CB7 4BB. Gates open at 5pm and the main fireworks display begins at 7pm.

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available online and from selected local outlets.

We recommend buying in advance to take advantage of early bird prices.

Tickets will also be available on the gate (subject to availability).

What counts as a child?

Children are classed as under 16. Under 5s are free.

When do advance ticket sales close?

Advance ticket outlets close at 12:00 midday on the day of the event, online sales will close at 5pm when the gates open.

Is there parking at the event?

There is no dedicated on-site parking. We encourage visitors to use local car parks in Ely (Forehill and Barton Road Car parks) and walk to Cherry Hill Park.

What else is there apart from fireworks?

The event features a variety of food and drink stalls, serving hot food and warming drinks, as well as fairground rides for all the family.

Can I bring my own fireworks or sparklers?

For safety reasons, personal fireworks and sparklers are not permitted inside the event.

Is alcohol allowed on site?

No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto site.

Can we bring dogs?

No dogs are allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Where does the money go?

All proceeds from Ely Fireworks are reinvested back into the local community. Over the years, funds have supported groups such as Ely Baby Bank, EACH, Little Miracles, Ely Arts Festival, and many more.
