Ticket Terms & Conditions

  1. Personal fireworks such as sparklers are not allowed.
  2. Alcohol is not permitted on the site.
  3. Dogs, apart from assistance dogs, are not permitted at the event.
  4. Members of the public are asked to take care for their own safety and the safety of others. ECET will not be responsible for any loss or theft of property or other items. Nor will ECET accept any liability whatsoever for loss and damage of any other kind sustained by persons attending the event save for personal injury or death arising from any negligent act or omission on its part.
  5. Admission to the event will not be permitted to any person or persons under 14 years of age unless accompanied by an adult (meaning a person aged 18 or above). Proof of age will, if necessary, be required at the point of entry (including that of the accompanying adult) before admission is allowed.
  6. ECET reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual, whether or not they hold a valid ticket, if they are, or appear to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone found within the event grounds in such a condition may be asked to leave immediately. Similarly, any individual whose behaviour is threatening, disruptive, or poses a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others will be required to leave the premises. If a person refuses to comply with this request, ECET reserves the right to secure their immediate removal – through Police assistance or other reasonable means if necessary. In all such cases, no ticket refunds will be issued.
  7. ECET reserve the right to search any bags or other containers being brought to the site by members of the public.
  8. All members of the public must comply with the requirements of any safety announcement made during the event and/or such advice or request made by any steward on duty.
  9. In the event that the Fireworks Display or whole event is cancelled or terminated prematurely due to circumstances beyond the control of ECET – including, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, third-party threats to safety, or any other force majeure – no alternative date will be scheduled, and no ticket refunds will be issued. Should early termination of the fireworks display occur, ECET will, where reasonably possible, continue to operate food outlets and site attractions.
